Brake Bread started as a bike based subscription bakery and that remains at the core of what we do. Here's an overview of our weekly rhythm:

SUNDAY MORNING - The weekly reminder email goes out

MONDAY NOON - Order cut-off for the week!

WEDNESDAY - Bike delivery to zip codes xxxx-xxxxx & Pickup at Brake Bread, Bean Factory, Eggplant Urban Farm Supply

THURSDAY - Bike delivery to zip codes xxxxx-xxxxx & Pickup at Brake Bread, xxxxx

FRIDAY - Bike delivery to zip codes xxxxx & Pickup at Brake Bread, Bootstrap Coffee Roasters, and Subtext Books

How Subscriptions Work

Subscriptions are the simplest for you and for us. You can edit as you go or set it and forget it. That simplicity will save you a few bucks along the way.

Choose the subscription that meets your needs. This establishes your base price. You can always add one time items or additional subscription items.
Once you click subscribe you will choose the following variables:
- Frequency (weekly, every other week, monthly)
- Type (which bread, pastry, coffee, etc...)
- Any additional items you'd like to add to your subscription (these may be one time or ongoing)
- At checkout you can choose to pickup at Brake Bread (free), a neighborhood pickup location ($2), or home delivery ($4). Home delivery days are assigned according to your delivery address.
You can edit your order anytime before Noon on Monday of the week of delivery. After noon on Monday we solidify recipes and ingredients for the week.
