About our breads:
We make sourdough breads using MN & ND wheat milled in our favorite western suburb, Minneapolis.
All of our grains are organic and/or regenerative from non-commodity farmers. We are working towards more sustainable and climate adapting food systems. Learn more about our ingredient sourcing here.
Ordering cut-off:
Orders are locked in for the week of delivery on Monday at noon. You can change, update, or pause your subscription anytime from Monday 12:01pm and the following Monday at noon.
